        • 4 chicken breasts
        • 1 lemon
        • 2 tsp seasoned salt
        • ½ tsp black pepper
        • 1 tsp garlic powder
        • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
        • 1 TBSP olive oil
        • 2 sprigs fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

        Instructions
